Novaxia LLC operates Mewlow. We process contact, delivery, order, payment-reference, account, support, device, browsing and subscription information to run the store, fulfil orders, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Payment providers handle checkout payment details; do not email card information.
Providers and cookies
We share necessary information with Shopify, payment, fulfilment, delivery and support providers and, where necessary, advisers or authorities. Providers may process data internationally. We use functional cookies and, when enabled, analytics and marketing services. Manage cookies through available preference controls and your browser. Klaviyo or Google Analytics, when enabled, may process subscription, interaction or device data.
Unsubscribe through marketing emails; essential order messages continue. Shopify may process information for its own purposes: see Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and Privacy Portal.
Retention and rights
We retain information as necessary for orders, support, accounting and disputes. Security cannot be guaranteed. Depending on applicable law, request access, correction, deletion, portability or advertising opt-outs by contacting us. We verify requests proportionately and do not discriminate. Contact us about children's information or privacy complaints. External sites have separate policies. Revisions are dated and notified where required.
