Orders ship from China. Novaxia LLC is registered in New Mexico; its registered address is not the dispatch location. Standard shipping to the USA and Australia is free, without a minimum purchase.
Delivery estimates
Processing: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 7–10 business days. Estimated arrival from ordering: 8–12 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates; customs, weather and carrier disruption can cause delays.
Tracking and delays
We email tracking details after dispatch. Contact us with your order number for late, missing, damaged or incorrectly marked deliveries. Check your address before ordering; corrections may be impossible after dispatch.
